Right before school started a representative from KI came to the library and brought a set of product binders for the new Graduate Center’s materials resource area. KI’s products are especially focused for education and healthcare environments – areas that are also dear to NYSID students!

The KI representative also let us know about some of the steps KI has been taking to ensure that more of their products and their production methods are sustainable and eco-aware. Many of their lines are GreenGuard Certified, LEED approved, and all their factories are FSC-certified. Enviromental Data Sheets are available for all their products on their website: http://ki.com.
Graduate Students can look through KI’s product binders at the Graduate Center. We do ask that you scan or copy the contents. Please don’t remove the books or their contents from the Materials Resource Center, or your classmates won’t have access to it.
